- Take a pan, add sugar,water and boil to make sugar syrup.
- To it add cardamom powder, grated coconut and cook it until we get slightly lump mixture.
- Later switch off the flame and add ghee for additional flavoring.
- Apply ghee to the tray, transfer coconut mixture on it and press it slightly.
- Allow it rest and cut into pieces.
Now coconut burfi is ready to serve.
