Ingredients used in Coconut Chicken Fry
• Chicken (skin removed) - 500 grams.
• Fresh curry leaves - 12 numbers.
• Green chilly - 3 numbers.
• Ginger (large sliesed) - 50 grams.
• Garlic - 6 numbers.
• Onion (large sliesed) - 1 numbers.
• Cardomon - 6 numbers.
• Cloves - 2 numbers.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Lamon - 1 numbers.
• Grind coconut - 1 cup.
• Fresh choped corrender - 50 clove.
Method:

Put some oil in pan, add 2 cloves, 6 cardomon, 1 large sliesed onion, 6 garlic, large sliesed ginger, 3 green chilly 12 fresh curry leaves and let fry then add chicken and add some salt, black paper, 1 teap of garam masala and add enough amount of water. cover the pan and let chicken cook 20 min on low heat. remove the lid and brown the chicken and make thick gravy. In last add a cup of grind coconut and half of lamon juice and fresh chopped correnders. Enjoy
