Ingredients used in corn crunch
• Garlic - 2-3 clove.
• Ginger - an inch piece .
• Besan - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies - 4 .
• Rice flour - 1/2 cup.
• Salt according to taste,turmeric 1/2 spoon,red chilli powder 1 spoon - .
• Coriander fresh - 1 cup.
• Fresh corns - 1 cup.
• Eno fruit salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil for frying - .
Method:

grind corns ,green chillies ,ginger in a mixer (not very fine).remove that in a bowl,to that add rice flour,besan,chopped coriander,salt red chilli powder,turmeric and mix neatly.grease the bowl which we can keep for steaming this mixtureto the mixture add eno fruit salt .and then add this paste its consistency should be as of dry pakoda batter,not very smooth.after steaming for 8-10 remove and cut into cubes.and then deep fry it ,your corn crunches are ready to be served.
