CORN JALAPANO QUICK BREAD

Ingredients used in CORN JALAPANO QUICK BREAD
• Egg - 1 number.
• Butter - 3 piece.
• Whole milk - 3/4 cup.
• Butter milk - 1 cup.
• Corn meal flour - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1/4 cup.
• Baking powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Baking soda - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Jalapeno (cut into pieces) - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add egg and whisk it, add butter, whole milk, buttermilk and mix it.
  • In a corn meal flour bowl, add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, transfer into a siever and sieve it in egg mixture bowl.
  • Add jalapeno, coriander leaves and mix it, later transfer into silicon bread mould.
  • Bake it at 180 degree centigrade for 15-20 minutes and rest it, later cut it.

Now corn jalapeno quick bread is ready to serve.
