- Take a bowl, add egg and whisk it, add butter, whole milk, buttermilk and mix it.
- In a corn meal flour bowl, add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, transfer into a siever and sieve it in egg mixture bowl.
- Add jalapeno, coriander leaves and mix it, later transfer into silicon bread mould.
- Bake it at 180 degree centigrade for 15-20 minutes and rest it, later cut it.
Now corn jalapeno quick bread is ready to serve.
