CREAMY COCONUT PIE

Ingredients used in CREAMY COCONUT PIE
• All purpose flour - 110 grams.
• Butter - 60 grams.
• Sugar(powder) - 30 grams.
• Milk - 2 tablespoons.
• Beans(dry) - 1 cup.
• Egg - 2 numbers.
• Sugar - 3/4 cup.
• Coconut - 1 cup.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Coconut milk - 1 tablespoon.
• Milk - 100 ml.
• Cardamom powder - 2 pinch.
• All purpose flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Fresh coconut(grated) - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, butter, sugar, milk and mix nicely to form a crumbled dough, keep aside for 5- 10 minutes.
  • Roll the dough into sheet, place on pie mould and press it lightly.
  • Do docking with fork, place butter paper, on top of it add any beans and bake it for 180 degree for 5 -10 minutes.
  • In a bowl whisk 1 whole egg, 1 yolk and add sugar, butter, coconut milk, milk, cardamom powder, all purpose flour, coconut mix thoroughly.
  • Remove butter paper filled with bean from pie mould and pour the above coconut mixture.
  • Bake again at 180 degree for 30-40 minutes.
  • Demould the pie and cut into pieces.

Now the cream coconut pie is ready to serve.

who says your not professional.....you are much much more better than a profeionl as you use product we as women have in the kitchen .....,i am sure if we had a so called expert chef do this henwould habe used some type of cream that we cannot find f
