Ingredients used in creamy mashroom peas
• Chopped coriender leaves - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil, - 1 tablespoons.
• Cream - 1 tablespoons.
• Onion chiily ginger and almond paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Chopped tomoto - 2 cup.
• Sqare peices of paneer - 1 cup.
• Frozen/fresh pease - 1 cup.
• Mashroom - 8 big.
• Coriender powder,salt,chilly powder,haldi,jeera,heeng - to taste.
• Peices of boiled pototo - 1 cup.
• Water - 1 cup.
In a heated pan put oil ,jeera,henng,ginger paste and stirr well .when it turns color put chopped tomotos.after 7 mintus on medium fire mash it properly with masher.when it turns in to thick paste put peices of masroom,pease,pototoes and all dry powders.try to stir well to overlap the masroom and potootoes with masala.stir for ten mintues or till oil leaves pan.add panner peices and creame .when all ingredients look like same put one cup water and turn stove slow. when it boils,garnish with coriender leaves and some cream.
