Ingredients used in Crispy Chicken Cutlets
• Egg - 2 number.
• Potato - 3 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Chili flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Chicken left over - 250 grams.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Bread crumbs - 2 cups.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
Method:
Take a bowl, add chopped onions, chopped garlic, chili flakes, chopped coriander leaves, curry powder, salt, boiled potato mashed, egg and mix it well. Add chicken cutlet mixture (leftover), bread crumbs, mix this well and divide the mixture into equal portions. Make roundels or flat, coat with seasoned flour (all-purpose flour + Salt + pepper powder), dip it in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb and deep fry them. Serve this hot with tomato ketchup.
