• Garlic powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili sauce - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Mixed herbs - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Black pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Msg - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cauliflower florets - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 2 cup.
• Corn starch - 2 tablespoons.
• Water - 2 cup.
• Ice cubes - 5 numbers.
• Oil - to fry.
• Mayonaise - 1/2 cup.
  • Take a bowl and add garlic powder, red chili flakes, red chili sauce, mixed herbs, black pepper, thyme, basil, MSG, salt, vinegar, onion powder, cauliflower florets and mix nicely so that it coats completely.
  • Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, cornstarch, salt and mix it.
  • Take another bowl and add water and ice cubes.
  • Dip the florets in 1 cup all purpose flour mixture and transfer into a plate and dip again in the chilled water.
  • Immediately coat again with all purpose flour and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and dip the florets and deep fry the florets and transfer into paper plate.

Now the crispy crunchy cauliflower are ready to serve with mayonnaise sauce.
