Ingredients used in Crispy Curry leaf Chicken Fry
• Ginger& garlic (crushed) - 1 tablespoons.
• Dried curry leaves(crushed) - 1.5 tablespoons.
• For the marinade - .
• Chicken(cut into big pieces) - 600 grams.
• Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Cornflour - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste .
Method:
Beat an egg and add salt and dissolve the cornflour in it Add the red chilli powder, gingeramp;garlic and curry leaves Mix well. Marinate the chicken pieces with the above marinade. Keep refrigerated for at least an hour. Shallow or deep fry it till it turns brown. Grill it in a pre-heated griller. Squeese lime juice over if desired Serve hot with naan, roti or rice.
