CRISPY POTATO SNACKS

Ingredients used in CRISPY POTATO SNACKS
• Potato (grated) - 1 cup.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Rice flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take grated potato in a bowl add water and soaked it for 15 minutes. Squeeze water from potato and place it on paper towel.
  • Heat butter in a pan add potato and saute it for 1 minute transfer into a bowl.
  • To it add all purpose flour, rice flour, corn corn, pepper powder, red chilly powder, salt and mix it nicely to make a dough.
  • Apply oil to polythene sheet and place dough in between polythene sheet and press it roll into a sheet.
  • Cut dough into square shape and deep fry in hot oil until golden in colour.

Now transfer into paper towel and serve it with tomato ketchup.
