Ingredients used in croissants caramel custard
• Egg - 1-2 numbers.
• Croissants/ bun /bread - 4-6 numbers.
• Water - 1/4 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Cream - 1/2 cup.
• Vanilla essence - 2-3 drops.
first add water and sugar, bring them to boil(water content should reduce to half). then add milk with constant stirring under low flame, add cream (again with constant stirring)add vanillla essence. turn the heat off and then add beaten eggs to this. make small pieces of croissants or bun put them in a oven proof container add then add the caramel custard mixture to this . pre heat oven to 180 degree celsius and then put this in the oven. leave it for 20 mins. allow it to cool. serve
