Ingredients used in CRUMB FRIED BANANA PEPPER
• Banana pepper - 6 numbers.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Breadcrumb - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Mixed herbs - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
• Pizza seasoning or chat masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
Slit the banana pepper and remove seeds by using backside of spoon. In a bowl add egg, salt and mix it. In a bowl add bread crumb and keep aside. In a plate add all purpose flour, red chili powder, mixed herbs and mix it. First coat banana pepper in egg next in flour mixture again in egg mixture at last coat with breadcrumbs and rest it for 10 minutes in refrigerator. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the banana peppers until golden brown in colour. Transfer into paper towel and sprinkle pizza seasoning. *Now the hot crumb fried banana pepper is ready to serve.*
