1.cut the eggs into halves scoop out the yolks.
2.mash the yolks with half the cheese milk and the seasoning.
3.fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture place them on a baking dish.
4.heat the butter in a pan stir fry the onions till crisp and tender and then stir in the tomato sauce.
5.pour the sauce over the eggs sprinkle the rest of the cheese and bake on moderate heat in a pre heated oven for 10-15 minutes.
6.serve hot on a bed of rice garnished with parsley.
