Ingredients used in Cucumber and Crab
• Crab meat (boiled) - 250 grams.
• Cucumber - 2 small.
• Soy sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 tablespoon.
• Vinegar - 3 tablespoons.
• Dashi soup - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Cut cucumber into thin rounds. Put salt over cucumber slices and set aside for 30 minutes.
  • Squeeze cucumber slices to remove the liquid.
  • Mix vinegar, sugar, dashi soup, and soy sauce in a cup.
  • Put crab meat and cucumber slices in a bowl and pour the dressing over and mix well.
  • Pour ginger juice over the salad at last.

Serve.
