Ingredients used in CUP CAKE PASTA
• Penne pasta - 1 cup.
• Olive oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Mixed herbs - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tomato - 1 number.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya granules or chunks - 1/2 cup.
• Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup.
• Fresh red chillies(chopped) - 1 number.
Method:
Boil penne pasta and keep aside. Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, mixed herbs, salt, tomato, red chilli powder, pepper powder, tomato ketchup and saute it, cook until tomato is soft. Add water and switch off the flame. In the boiling water add soya granules or chunks and squeeze water and keep aside. In the silicon muffin mould at the base add mozzarella cheese, arrange boiled pasta in lengthwise to the corners. Spread the soya granules, on top of it spread cheese and add fresh red chillies. Bake them at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, later demould and top it with pasta sauce and tomato ketchup. Now cupcake pasta is ready to serve.
