Scrape the asgground and cut into small pieces.addsalt and half acup waterandand Cookit well. then allow it grind together grated coconut,green chillies,coriander Leavesinto asmooth paste.
heat oil in avessel. add mustard seeds. when they pop, add mint leaves.after they splutter,add cooked and cooled ashground,ground paste and curd. stir and rebmove from fire immediately. then add lime juice andstir.
serve with rice.
