Ingredients used in Curried Mixed Nuts
• Melted butter - 4 tablespoons.
• Cashews raw - 2 cup.
• Almonds - 2 cup.
• Peacams - 2 cup.
• Garam masala - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
1. Mix all the ingredients and spread in a roasting tray or a shallow pan.
2. Bake in a moderate oven for 15-20 minutes, shaking once or twice, to infuse the flavorings of spices.
3. When done, remove, cool and store in a n airtight container taking out a little at a time required.
