Ingredients used in Curry Leaves Mutton
• Oil - as required.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cloves - 4 numbers.
• Cinnamon stick - 1 small.
• Mutton - 1 pound.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cinnamon-clove powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 bunch.
• Onion - 1 number.
Method:
  • Wash and pressure cook the mutton pieces with turmeric powder and salt for about 3-4 whistles or until cooked.
  • Heat oil in a pan, then addcinnamon and cloves. Add sliced onions and fry until light brown, then add mutton pieces, fry well.
  • Add ginger - garlic paste, fry well.
  • Add red chili powder, coriander powder, fry well.
  • Finally add the curry leaves and fry well.

Serve hot.

it was good i enjoyed eating it ,i guess it is south indian style though .
