Ingredients used in Custard Cookies
• All purpose flour / maida flour - 250 grams.
• Sugar powder / icing sugar - 155 grams.
• Butter - 250 grams.
• Custard powder - 155 grams.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
Method:
Take a bowl, add butter, sugar powder, mix this to a creamy consistency. To it, even add beaten egg and mix it well. In another bowl, add all purpose flour mixture and custard powder, mix well. Later transfer this mixture to the above bowl, mix it like a soft dough (i.e, like soft creamy texture). Make them into round balls and coat them with icing sugar. Later transfer this to baking tray, take a fork and press it on the top of the roundels. At last, bake them at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes. Delicious Custard Cookies is now ready to serve.
