Ingredients used in Custard Pineapple
• Tinned pineapples - 1 numbers.
• Sponge cakes - 3-4 slice.
• Fresh cream tin - 1 numbers.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Milk - 500 ml.
• Custard powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Cheery & jelly for decorating - to taste.
  1. First boil the milk, then add the beaten cream amp; (custard powder should be Mixed with little milk)
  2. Pour over the custard amp; reduce the flame amp; keep stirring till it thickens for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. In a bowl add the sliced cakes (the cakes should be cut into very thin slices)
  4. Then pour little syrup over the cakes in which the pineapples has been soaked in the tin.
  5. Then add the pineapples which is been cut into small pieces
  6. Then pournbsp;1/4 of the above custard amp; repeat the same process.
  7. Make about 3 layers amp; in the last layer on top pour the remaining custard amp; decorate with cherries amp; jelly.
  8. Keep it in the fridge for about6 hrs until its set amp; then serve.
