Ingredients used in cutlet
• Green chillies chopped - 2-3 small.
• Onions chopped finly - 1 big.
• Boiled and smashed potatoes - 200 grams.
• Tuna (if fresh,boill with salt or a tuna tin wil do)smashed - 250 grams.
• Salt,peper,lime little oil - .
• For corting egg, bread crums - .
• Oil for frying - .
add little oil to a pan and add onins green chillies,stir fry till it turns in to light pink,then add the tuna(with out any water)add salt lemon juice then the boiled potatoes mix wel turn of the cooker as you add potatoes.the mixture should look dry.form in to medium size bolls, dip in egg and cover with bread crums,do it again and fry in hot oil til golden brown.
