Ingredients used in dahi machi ( a)
• Fish - 500 grams.
• Curds - 225 grams.
• Cloves - 5 grams.
• Cardamom - 5 grams.
• Cumin - 5 grams.
• Onions - 115 grams.
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Ginger - piece.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mustard oil - 15 ml.
Method:

1. Powder cloves, cinnamom and cumin.

2. Cut fish and soak in curds for half an hour.

3. Slice half the onion and grind remaining half with ginger to a fine paste.

4. Heat oil and brown onions add ground ingredients fry well.

5. Add remaining ingredients and cook till fish becomes tender.
