Ingredients used in Dahi vermicelli
• Curry leaves - 2 grams.
• Asafoetida - 2 grams.
• Mustard seeds - 2 grams.
• Ginger - 5 grams.
• Green chillies - 5 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curds - 350 grams.
• Vermicelli - 200 grams.
• Redchillies - 1 grams.
• Oil - 10 ml.

1. Boil the vermicelli.

2. mix with curds, chopped green chillies, salt and ginger.

3. Heat oil.

4. Fry mustard seeds asafoetida, curry leaves and whole red chilli.

5. poour over vermicelli mixture.

6. mix well and serve with pickles.
