Ingredients used in Dal kachories
• Black gram - 115 grams.
• Whole wheat flour - 225 grams.
• Refind oil - 225 grams.
• Coriander - to taste.
• Peppercorn - to taste.
• Cumin - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Coriander - 5 grams.
• Redchillies - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Milk - 55 grams.
• Oil - to fry.
Soak black gram overnight. crush next morning and removeskin. add crushed pepper, coriander and powderd masala Heat a littel oil fry gram and mixtureon a slow fire till cooked add salt make adough with both flour and milk.knead well. divide into the even sized balls stuff with gram mixture and roll out as for stuffed parathas fry as for puris.
