Ingredients used in dal puris
• Whole wheat flour - 450 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Fat - 30 grams.
• Black gram - 225 grams.
• Cumin - 5 grams.
• Cardamom - 1 numbers.
• Cloves - 4 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 1 piece.
• Red chillies - 3 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Fat - 15 grams.
• Oil - 30 grams.
Method:

1. Sieve flour, rub in the fat. 2. add salt and water prepare a soft dough. set aside. For half an hour.3. knead well.

4. divide into even sized balls. 5.nbsp;press the centre of each and put in prepared gram Mixture. close the opening well. 6. flatten and roll out into rounds of 10 cm. (4) diameter. 7.deep fry in hot fat on a slow fire till brown.nbsp;
