Ingredients used in Dalia
• Moong beans - half cup.
• Whole wheat - 1 cup.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Green peas - half cup.
• Rice - half cup.
• Garam masala powder - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
  • In a pressure cooker, add all the ingredients and put on high heat. When the pressure is about to come, slow down the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and open the the cookerone it release pressure.Add boiled peas and stir.
  • Cover the cooker and leave for 5 minute. Garnish with onion.

Serve it hot.
