Ingredients used in Dates Carrot Cake
• Vanilla essence (viola) - 1 teaspoons.
• Baking soda - 3/4 teaspoons.
• Baking powdered - 3/4 teaspoons.
• Eggs - 4 .
• Oil - 2 cup.
• Powdered sugar - 1.5 cup.
• Maida - 2 cup.
• Pinch of salt - .
• Grated carrot - 1.5 cup.
• Chopped dates - 1.5 cup.
Mix powdered sugar and oil. Mix well. Add eggs to this mixture and mix well. Add baking powder and baking soda to maida and add this maida to the mixture. Mix it well. Add essense, pinch of salt, grated carrot and chopped dates(remove seeds from the dates) to the mixture. Mix the whole contents well. The dough for cake is ready. If the dough is very thick, add 1/2 cup milk to this. Bake it at 180 degree heat for 40 minutes in OTG. (Oven Toaster Griller) Your cake is ready
