Ingredients used in Dhai puri
• Chat masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Cucumber (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Tomatos (chopped) - 1 number.
• Boiled potato (chopped) - 1 number.
• Sev - as required.
• Sweet curd - 1 cup.
• Puries - 5 number.
• Sweet chutney - as required.
• Green chutney - as required.
• White peas - as required.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a plate add sev, then arrange puries add potato, peas, sweet curd, sweet chutney,green chutney, sev, onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander leaves, sev, red chili powder, chat masala.
  • Top it of again with sweet curd, sweet chutney, green chutney, red chilli powder,chat masala, sev, coriander leaves and serve.

the puris u can learn in his video...for the sweet chatni......if u want to use my recipe is....boil tamrind water.....when it boils add sugar to it...add a pinch of salt n chilli powder.......boil it n cook it till it attains a consistancy of ur ch
