Ingredients used in dhokla chat
• Tamato ketcup - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Spring onion patta - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Very important grated cheddar white cheese - 3 tablespoons.
• Oregano or pizza seasoning - 1 to taste.
• Sweet corn - 2 tablespoons.
• Onion - 2 teaspoons.
• Green peppers - 1 tablespoons.
• Two big peicess of dhokla - 100 grams.
Method:

Take the two peice of dhokla 100 gms . cut it into 1 inch thick squares . Arrange it on the micro vable dish . spread 1 tbsp of finely choped green peppers spread 1 tbsp sweet corn spraed finely chopped onion sprinkle some oregano or some herbs to taste pinch of salt very litlle as dholka and cheese will already have salt (optional) later put sufficient grated cheese and top it spring onion patta and drizzle the dish with ketchup ... now put the dish in microwave oven and heat it till the cheese melts and its ready to serve
