Ingredients used in DHUM GOBI MASALA
• Garam masala powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Poppy seeds paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Salt-as per your taste - to taste.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Yogurt - 1 cup.
• Cauliflower - 1 large.
• Cumin powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves-fistfull - .
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Ajnamoto - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Ghee - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
1.BOIL CAULIFLOWER FOR 10 MIN AND PLACE THE BOILED CAULIFLOWER IN A LARGE COOKING BOWL . 2.IN THAT BOWL,MIX FRIED ONIONS,GINGER GARLIC PASTE,SALT,CHILLI POWDER,TURMERIC POWDER,GARAM MASALA,POPPY SEEDS PASTE,CUMIN POWDER,OIL,AJNAMOTO AND YOGURT. KEEP THIS MIX ASIDE IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 1 HOUR. 3.NOW BOIL THE INGREDIENTS IN THE BOWL ALONG WITH 2 TSP OF GHEE FOR 15 MIN OR UNTILL CAULIFLOWER IS COOKED PROPERLY AND IT IS COATED WITH ALL MASALA. 4.TRASFER THIS CURRY INTO A SERVING DISH AND GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES. DECORATE WITH ONION ROUNDS. 5. YUMMY YUMMY DHUM GOBI MASALA READY.
