Ingredients used in DOSAKAYA CHICKEN
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Dosakaya - 250 grams.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Red chilly - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
Method:

1. Heat oil in the pan and add chicken, dosakaya, green chillies, onions, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilly powder and water then cook it by stirring in between. 2. When the chicken is cooked add garam masala and coriander leaves and serve it.
