DOUBLE CHEESE VEG POT PIE

Ingredients used in DOUBLE CHEESE VEG POT PIE
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Fresh cream - 1 tablespoon.
• Processed cheese - 1/4 cup.
• Olive oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic(chopped) - 2 cloves.
• Sweet corns - 1/4 cup.
• Carrot(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Green bell pepper(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Mixed herbs - 2 pinch.
• Double beans - 1/2 cup.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Cottage cheese - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chilly flakes - 1 pinch.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, salt, cream, processed cheese, little water to make a pie dough.
  • Roll dough into thick sheet.
  • Heat olive oil and add onions, garlic and saute it.
  • To it add sweet corns, carrot, green bell pepper, corn flour, mixed herbs and saute it.
  • Add pre cooked double beans, milk, salt and cook it.
  • To it add cottage cheese and mix nicely, transfer into a bowl and cover with rolled pie sheet.
  • Remove excess edges with knife and use fork to crimp edges.
  • Sprinkle red chili flakes, coriander leaves on top and give design with leftover dough like as shown in video.
  • Place in oven for 20 minutes.

Now double bean cheese veg pot pie is ready to serve.
