DOUBLE SPICY CHICKEN PIZZA

Ingredients used in DOUBLE SPICY CHICKEN PIZZA
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Red chili paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Chili sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Oyster sauce - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Olive oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup.
• Pizza dough - 1 cup.
Method:
  • First marinate chicken with salt and lime juice overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Remove chicken and boil in some water and cook until it is nice and soft. Mash chicken with hand.
  • Take a bowl, add mashed chicken, red chili paste, chili sauce, oyster sauce and mix it.
  • Take pizza dough and roll it and place on top of the flour-dusted baking tray.
  • On its top sprinkle olive oil, arrange chicken mixture and spread it.
  • Cover it with grated mozzarella cheese and place in oven at 200oC for 10-15 minutes.
  • Transfer to a chopping board and cut into pieces.

Now double spicy chicken pizza is ready to serve.
