1. Wash the drumstic flowers and keep in a basket and drain .
2.nbsp;Clean and cut vegetable into fine slices and keep separately . Heat fat in a pan . Add rice and mustard seeds .
3. When they splutter ,add finely chopped small onions.
4. When this turns brown add the flowers and stir .
5. Then add the cpsicum ,chillies , sliced big onions and ginger . Stir for two more minutes .
6. Add green tomatoes and cover with the lid .
7. When the mixture is almost dry ,add minced meat and coconut .Steam for a minute or two .
8. Open the lid ,stir it with a fork and add beaten egg.
9. When the egg is cooked ,add curry leaves and serve with rice or chapaties .
