Ingredients used in DRY CHANA DAL FRY
• Oil - as required.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric - half tea spoon.
• Chana dal(boiled) - 1 cup.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Take some oil in a pan and add onions, then saute it for few minutes with salt in it. Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, boiled chana dal, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix it well. Cook it till it becomes dry. Now add garam masala powder and mix it thoroughly. Switch off the flame and serve with roti or phulka.
