Ingredients used in DRY CHUTNEY
• Dry - 200 grams.
• Groundnut - 50 grams.
• Dry coconut, grated - 1 numbers.
• Chutney dalia - 50 grams.
• Chutney seeds - 50 grams.
• Cilantro leaves - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Dry red chilies - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
Roast all the ingredients and grind them on grinding stone. This chutney can stay for 2-3 months.
