Ingredients used in dry kachori
• Sugar - 3 tablespoons.
• Fennel seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Coconout powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Garam masala - 1 tablespoons.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Gram flour - 1/4 cup.
• Yellow moong dal - 1/2 cup.
• Salt to test - .
• Oil to make dough - 3 tablespoons.
• Al purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Amchur powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Fried cashew half crushed - 4 tablespoons.
• Resins - 4 tablespoons.
• Oil to fry - .
Method:
Method for dough : Mix oil salt flour , make dough cover with dump cloth Method : Soak moong daal for 1 hour, cook for maximum 10 min, like half cook, And crush them, Put some oil in the pan , ,then pour crush moong dal, cook for 5 min. then add sesame seed , add gram flour and cook gram flour till smell , turn off flam , add coconut powder garam masala,fennel seed,sugar,amchur powder,resins, and mix it well . Let the cool down. then make small ball . to make ball wet your hand and make ball, use very little water . Then make kachori
