Ingredients used in Dry Pumpkin
• Aamchoor powder - to taste.
• Whole garan masala - to taste.
• Pumpkin - 2 pound.
• Onions - 2 .
• Fenugreek seeds - 3 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Put oil in a pan. Throw in 3 spoons of fenugreek seeds. fry them until they turn brown. Put whole garam masala. Put chopped onions. When onions becomes transparent add chopped pumpkin pieces. Don#39;t cut pumpkin more than 2cm cube. Add sugar and salt. Cook on medium heat until pumpkin get cooked.
