Ingredients used in Dum Ke Pasande
• Mutton - 500 grams.
• Potatoes - 250 grams.
• Tomatoes - 500 grams.
• Curds - 150 grams.
• Poppy seeds - 50 grams.
• Charoli nuts - 50 grams.
• Onions - 250 grams.
• Fat - 100 grams.
• Ginger and garlic - 50 grams.
• Chilli powder - 15 grams.
• Garam masala - 10 grams.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

1. Fry sliced onions and grind them with the spices .

2. Mix all the spices with meat ,add alittle water and cook till half done .

3.Add beaten curds and cook till meat is fully tender .

4. Add sliced potatoes ,tomatoes ,salt and cook on a slow fire .

5. When water has dried up ,add garam masala powder . Remove from fire .Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves .
