Ingredients used in Easy Veg Pulao in microwave
• Cloves - 4-5 numbers.
• Cardamom - 2 numbers.
• Capsicum (chopped finely) - 1 small.
• Peas - 0.5 cup.
• Carrots (shredded) - 1 numbers.
• Sugar - 1.5 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 3 cup.
• Basmati rice - 1 cup.
• Peppercorn (crushed) - pinch.
• Cinnamom - 1 stricks.
• Cashew (crushed) - 1/4 cup.
• Raisins - 7-10 numbers.
• Butter - 1 ounces.
Method:

Wash and soak basmati rice for 10 minutes. Mix all the veggies and spices . Add cashew, raisins and salt and sugar. Add butter. Put it in microwave and allow it to cook for 20 minutes. Pulao will be ready to serve.
