Ingredients used in Egg 65
• Egg white (boiled & chopped) - 1 cup.
• Garlic - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ginger - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup.
• Maida flour - 1 number.
• Egg white - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 tea spoon.
• Curd - 1/4 cup.
• Red chilli sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - pinch.
• Coriander leaves - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take the boiled and chopped pieces of egg white in a bowl, add chopped garlic, ginger, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, bread crumbs, maida flour, egg white, salt and mix well.
  • Drop the dumplings of the prepared mixture into hot oil, deep fry and transfer to a plate.
  • Heat little oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies, curry leaves, curd, red chili sauce, red chili powder, garam masala powder, a pinch of sugar, chopped coriander leaves, saute well, now add fried egg dumplings, toss till it gets dried, add a pinch of salt, toss it and turn off the flame.

Hot and spicy Egg 65 is now ready to serve.

Egg is a soft food. Don't waste it with some other style of food items. Eat as it is. It is not good for Egg 65.
