Ingredients used in egg biriyani
• Water - 2 cup.
• Ghee/oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
• Whole garam masala - .
• Biriyani masala - 2 teaspoons.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Basmati rice - 1 cup.
• Egg - 4 numbers.
• Coriander leaves and mint leaves - .
1. Boil eggs and remove shells and cut into 4 pieces 2. In a cooker,add some oil/ghee and fry sliced onion upto brown 3. Add rice,egg pieces,biriyani masala,whole garam masala,salt and mix well. (If you wish,you can add garam masala also) 4. Add water and chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves. 5. Cook in high flame (dont close cooker). 6. When water starts to bubble,make flame very low and close cooker and cook for 12 minutes. 7. Serve with salad and pickle
