Egg & Chick Pea Flour Finger Fries

Ingredients used in Egg & Chick Pea Flour Finger Fries
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Water - as required.
• Boiled eggs (chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Crush pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Chick pea flour - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 springs.
• Curry leaves (chopped) - 2 springs.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add butter, chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves, required the amount of water, season with salt, bring it to boil, add pepper powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, garam masala powder and let it boil.
  • Meanwhile, mix chickpea flour in water, transfer to cooking pan and cook till the gravy reaches to a thick consistency.
  • Now add boiled and chopped pieces of eggs, toss well, transfer the mixture into the greasedmold, refrigerate it for about an hour, de-moldit, chopped into pieces of desired shapes and sizes, deep fry in hot oil and transfer to plate.

Hot, crispy and delicious Egg & Chick Pea Flour Finger Fries are now ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
