Chilli powder-2 table spoons
Salt ndash;1table spoon
Coriander powder- one tea spoon
Garam masala ndash;one tea spoon
Turmeric powder-little bit
Oil ndash; for deep fry
Thick Empty cover-1
Cumin seeds-little bit
Mustard seeds-little bit
Ginger garlic paste-one tea spoon
Coconut powder-1 table spoon
Preparation of egg chutney:
Take the eggs and open n pour into one bowl and mix it well. Then add half tea spoon of salt and half tea spoon our chilli powder, little bit of turmeric powder, coriander powder, oil, coriander powder, half spoon ginger garlic paste. Mix it well.
Take one empty cover and apply some oil to this cover and pour the prepared egg mix into the cover and tie it tightly. Then cook on steam till the mix get tighthellip;.once it s full tighthellip;if you open ....it will be just like cake (Instead pour into one oven safe bowl and cook for egg cake in micro oven).
Cut the cake into small pieces (just like chicken pieces).
Now deep fry the egg cake pieces till golden red.
Now pour oil into a bowl and add Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds, turmeric powder, Ginger garlic paste-one tea spoonhellip;then fry it for two minuts and then cool it for 5 minuts..then add the chilli powder, salt, garam masala, coriander powder and Coconut powder mix it wellhellip;.. Tasty egg chutney readyhellip;you can store and use for 8-10days.
