Ingredients used in Egg Pudding
• Egg - 5 numbers.
• All-purpose flour (maida) - half cup.
• Whole milk - 500 ml.
• Butter - 1/4 cup.
• Vanilla - 1 tea.
• Sugar - 1/4 cup.
  • Geat a pan, melt butter, add flour, sugar, milk and ook for 5 minutes.

  • Remove from stove and add beaten egg yolks. Add vanilla. Fold in carefully the beaten egg whites.

  • Place pudding dish in a pan of water and bake for about 40 minutes. Serve with any hard sauce.
