Ingredients used in Egg Sauce
• White sauce - 1 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Nutmeg - pinch.
• Cayenne - pinch.
• Double cream - 5 tablespoons.
• Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons.
• Eggs hard boiled - 2 numbers.
• Chives or parsley - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

1.put the white sauce in a bowl, stir in the salt, pepper, nutmeg and the cayenne pepper.

2.then add the cream, lemon juice, eggs and the chives or parsley and stir well.

3.place the saucepan on low heat shirring constantly till the sauce heats.

4.serve in a sauceboat with steamed fish or vegetables.
