Ingredients used in Egg stew
• Egg - 4 numbers.
• Potatoes - 225 grams.
• Onions - 115 grams.
• Green chillies - 6 numbers.
• Ginger - 5 grams.
• Peppercorns - 1 grams.
• Tomatoes - 100 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coconut - 1/2 numbers.
• Fat - 10 grams.
• Vinger - to taste.
Method:

Hard- bil eggs. Crack and cool in cold water. Shell and cut into halves. Grate coconut and prepare three extractions, thick, medium and thin.slit green chillies and slice onions and ginger. Heat fet. Saute onions, ginger and green chillies. Add third extract of coconut milk and, peppercorns and pelled and quarted potatoes. When potatoes are cooked, add eggs and the first extract of coconut milk and vinger as desired. Remove from fire. Heat oil in a fry pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. When the seeds crackle, add finley chopped onions, crushed cinnamon and cloves. As the onions brown, pour over the stew. mix well.
