1.melt the butter in a pan; remove the pan from the heat, add the flour, stir with a wooden spoon to make a smooth paste.then add the milk and the cream, stirring constantly.
2.return the pan to the heat; add the seasoning, stir constantly for 2-3 minutes or till the sauce thickness.
3.then add the cheese and the brandy; cook stirring constantly till the cheese melts.
4.remove the pan from the heat mix the egg yolks.
5.top each slice of toast with a slice of bacon and a half boiled egg. pour the sauce over the egg on toast; sprinkle the parsley and serve hot.
