Ingredients used in Egg With Brandy
• Eggs boiled - 4 numbers.
• Egg yolks beaten - 2 numbers.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Flour - 1 tablespoons.
• Milk - 3/4 cup.
• Double cream - 3/4 cup.
• Salt and white pepper - to taste.
• Cheddar cheese grated - 1/2 cup.
• Dry brandy - 4 tablespoons.
• Bread toasted buttered - 4 slice.
• Bacon fried until crisp - 4 slice.
• Parsley - 1 teaspoons.
Method:

1.melt the butter in a pan; remove the pan from the heat, add the flour, stir with a wooden spoon to make a smooth paste.then add the milk and the cream, stirring constantly.

2.return the pan to the heat; add the seasoning, stir constantly for 2-3 minutes or till the sauce thickness.

3.then add the cheese and the brandy; cook stirring constantly till the cheese melts.

4.remove the pan from the heat mix the egg yolks.

5.top each slice of toast with a slice of bacon and a half boiled egg. pour the sauce over the egg on toast; sprinkle the parsley and serve hot.
