Ingredients used in Egg with Drumstick & Cluster Beans Curry
• Oil - as required.
• Cluster beans (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Drum sticks (pieces) - 4 number.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Tomato puree - 1 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Eggs (boiled & sliced) - 4 number.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 4 number.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped cluster beans, curry leaves, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, drumstick pieces, andsaute well. Now add chopped onions, coriander powder, red chili powder, tomato puree along with required amount of water, cook tilldrumsticks and cluster beans turn tender enough. Add coriander leaves, sliced boiled eggs, give it a mix, add chopped green chilies, saute well, turn off the flameand transfer to a serving bowl. Delicious Egg With Drumstick And Cluster beans Curry is now ready to serve with hot rice.
