EGGLESS APPLE TEA CAKE

Ingredients used in EGGLESS APPLE TEA CAKE
• Sugar - 3/4 cup.
• Apple - 1 number.
• Oil - 65 ml.
• Lime - 1/2 slice.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tablespoon.
• Baking powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Baking soda - 1/2 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1-1/2 cup.
• Lemon juice - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Melt sugar along with grated apple in a pan and switch off the flame.
  • To it add oil by mixing it, then squeeze the lime juice.
  • Add vanilla essence and mix nicely.
  • In all purpose flour bowl add, baking powder, baking soda.
  • Add above sugar mixture in a bowl and sieve the above all purpose flour mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Take the silicone baking tray and spread the batter evenly.
  • Now bake it for 180 degree centigrade for 30 minutes.
  • Rest the cake for some time and cut into pieces.

Now the eggless apple tea cake is ready to serve with tea.
